We ensure that all the evidential issues are anticipated, potential contradictions or inconsistencies are identified early on, and any evidences tested as much as possible before becoming reliant on it.

We handle collisions, recoveries, salvage and general average, unseaworthiness, fires and explosions, grounding, total loss, transhipment, pilotage, personal injury claims, wreck removal and deep sea recovery projects.

We have a long history of advising in P&I, H&M  matters, traditionally on behalf of P&I Clubs and H&M Underwriters, owners, and then on behalf of charterers, operators and cargo owners. We offer a specialist service, bringing together skills in both "dry" and "wet" matters, and aim to deal with disputes in a practical and cost effective way.
